Shipping Policy
Prints and Pillows
We are collaborating with a third party to provide the prints and luxury pillows. In most cases, prints are produced in no more than 4 bussinessdays anywhere in Europe. Outside of Europe, the shippingtime will last longer. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered.
*Please note that there are longer than usual delivery times in the delivery network and delays may occur. In advance we thank you greatly for your patience.
Originals
Original paintings are shipped via our trusted Dutch Post delivery network. Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2-4 weeks for Elaine to prepare the painting before shipping. It will 100% be worth the wait! We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. The shippingtime depends on the distance. All paintings are shipped from the Netherlands.
*During busy sale periods there may be delays in dispatching.
Dutch Shipping
Once the original painting is shipped. The painting will be delivered in about 2-5 working days.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship Internationally!

My order hasn’t been dispatched yet, can you help me?
Elaine’s team is a small and dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience.
The post office is taking a long time, where is my order?
We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the information provided by tracking page. You are provided with this tracking information when your order is fulfilled.
Duties and taxes
The studio is operated in Hoorn, The Netherlands and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and merchandise.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
The cost to reship unclaimed artwork varies between countries, but you can expect anywhere from €6,- to €40,- depending on your location.
Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.
Return Policy
We are confident that you will love your new artwork and are committed to offering the highest quality fine art products for you to enjoy! Below are our policies on returns for each product. We honour a 14 day return policy on eligible products. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but some calibrations may vary between devices.
You can always contact us for any return question.
Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final and can not be returned. If there is something wrong with the original painting, please send Elaine a message, so we can help you with the problem.
Luxury pillows (eligible): Pillows are eligible and must be returned in an unused condition, within 14 days after receiving your pillow. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and in the original packaging, that you received it. If returned Pillows are deemed unfit upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Fine Art Prints (not eligibility varies):
Fine art prints can not be returned. Most cannot be re-sold upon return. If there is something wrong with the prints, please send Elaine a message, so we can help you with the problem.
